The Tuesday Club ‘Season Ticket’ Terms and Conditions:
After purchasing your ticket through PFTP, you must sign the TTC Season Ticket agreement. Your season ticket will not be valid until you have signed this agreement. Once you have purchased your ticket, you will be contacted by The Tuesday Club, giving you details of where and when to sign the agreement, and collect your season ticket card and t-shirt. This will currently be on Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th September. There will also be a stall set up at the TTC event on Tuesday 20th September from 10.30pm where you can sign the agreement and collect your season ticket card and t-shirt.
Season Ticket Holders are entitled to collect one ticket, for every Tuesday night Tuesday Club event, between September 20th 2016 and June 6th 2017, at no extra charge.
Season Ticket Holders are also entitled to pick up one ticket for selected weekend shows between September 20th 2016 and June 6th 2017 at a discounted price.
Season Ticket Holders must pick up their event ticket from Sheffield Students’ Union Box Office before 6pm on the day of the event. After 6pm, they cannot pick up their ticket for that evening’s event, as their ticket will be released on general sale. Tickets will only be issued to the Season Ticket Holder on production of the Season Ticket Card & a valid photo ID. Tickets can also be reserved online via your Sheffield SU log in or over the phone (where available).
Season Ticket Holders will be given priority notice (wherever possible) via email, of when tickets are going on sale. Your ticket will be reserved for you from the ‘on sale’ date, but only until 6pm on the day of the event.
Season Ticket Holders must pick up their ticket, in person, from Sheffield Students’ Union Box Office. Alternatively, they must reserve their ticket either via their online Students Union ticket account, or over the phone before 4pm on the day of the event.
A limited number of Season Tickets are available and Season Tickets are available for a limited time only.
If your Season Ticket is lost or stolen, please report this immediately to info@tuesdayclub.co.uk. Lost or stolen cards will be cancelled and we will endeavour to replace them with a new card wherever possible. Your rights to tickets for forthcoming events will remain.
Events are subject to confirmation & the Tuesday Club reserves the right to withdraw / cancel an event at any time. Other events & offers may be added in the future, to be confirmed.
