TTC Xmas Special: Mike Skinner (DJ), Big Narstie, Kiko Bun & More!
THE TUESDAY CLUB
TUESDAY 15TH DECEMBER
11PM – 3.30AM
MIKE SKINNER (DJ SET)
For our annual Christmas blowout, TTC is bringing you a very special line up of UK talent, featuring 3 huge artists all making their TTC debut. First up, hotly tipped reggae artist, Kiko Bun, kicks of the night with an exclusive live show. One of the ‘biggest’ names in the grime scene Big Narstie will be dropping bombs live on stage, plus UK Garage legend Mike Skinner rounds off the night. We’re super excited for this one!
—— MIKE SKINNER ——
A man who needs very little introduction, Mike Skinner, is the man behind the musical phenomenon that was The Streets. In that time he won an Ivor Novello, a Brit, and changed the sound of UK music forever. Now that he has retired the moniker of The Streets, Mike continues to push things forward with his genre bending DJ sets.
Reflecting his love of cutting edge sounds, Mike’s musical selections are as eclectic as his production capabilities. From screwed down house to old skool hip hop via drum and bass bangers and peppered with his own, up the minute refixes, and classic tracks, Skinner never fails to ignite the party spirit and this week he is set to tear apart The Tuesday Club dance floor!

—— BIG NARSTIE ——
When it’s come to the UK urban scene being brought in to a conversation Big Narstie is one MC that comes to the tip of everyone’s tongue. With his ability to rap over any beat whether it is Grime, Hip Hop, RnB, and Bassline or even Indie music it proves that he is a force to be reckoned with.
NAA founding member and YouTube sensation, he first gained attention back in 2006 when his track Brushman received RWD Magazines Song Of The Year Award.
Since then he has gone on to become a staple of the UK Grime scene and an internet favourite, featuring in many YouTube videos for the likes of Noisey and FACT, as well as his own parody agony aunt series Uncle Pain.
On screen, Big Narstie has featured in the Channel 4 sitcom Dubplate Drama alongside N-Dubz and Shystie, as well as guest appearing in the urban films Anuvahood and London State of Mind.
Having been named Urban Music Award (UMA’s) Best Grime Act two years running and Noisey’s Name of 2013, he has proved his larger-than-life performances and personality to be a hit with modern audiences.
Tonight we are very happy to welcome Big Narstie to the TTC stage!
